Longevity doesn’t come from one product or one technique. It comes from four parts of your routine working together.
If your curls don’t last through Day 1, that’s usually your moisture–hold balance.
If the shape looks uneven or stringy right after drying, that’s usually styling technique.
If curls flatten overnight, that’s sleep protection.
If refreshing makes things worse, that’s your refresh strategy.
Most people who feel like they’ve tried everything just haven’t adjusted all four yet. Once you identify which piece is breaking down first, it becomes much easier to know what to change next.
And if you’ve already worked through all four and still can’t find the missing adjustment, that’s where coaching can help.
