On 20 January 1965, ITN's Sandy Gall reported on the IRA demonstrations after 10 men were charge with gathering unlawfully near Abbeyleix, County Laois. This report captured rare footage of a clandestine Irish Republican Army training operation and included a rare anonymous interview with a IRA training sergeant breaking down the logistics and funding of the organisation during a period when they were largely underground.
