On 23 January 1973, US President Richard Nixon announced that a peace agreement had been reached in Vietnam. While the agreement promised an end to America's war, anxieties remained over the future of Vietnam. When the ceasefire was declared, the killing continued. Presented here is a series of ITN reports on the 1973 Paris Peace Accords, as they were reported and understood at the time.
