Founder Rainer Becker gives Fine Dining TV a taste of Japan's izakayas at London restaurant Zuma.

'Izakaya' means a place to stay and drink in Japanese. London's Zuma restaurant has taken the concept and adapted it for modern times.

Zuma is now 12 years old, and continues to stand strong at its Kensington location. The restaurant serves Japanese dishes including sushi as well as meat and vegetables grilled on a robata, a Japanese method of cooking.
