Going back through some old digital 8 video tapes, I found this footage shot on a warm July, 2002, afternoon in Martinez, CA, where UP freights pass through and Amtrak's Capitol Corridor, San Joaquin, Coast Starlight and California Zephyr stop. The footage was captured from the platform of the current Amtrak depot and the platform of Southern Pacific's now closed depot. Unfortunately, my notes don't indicate which trains are which.
