We are back to cover the NSW steam season for 2025. In this edition we see 3526 from Transport Heritage NSW kicking off the season with two trains to Wollongong in the Illawarra South Coast. Then we'd attend this year's Day Out With Thomas event with recently restored 2705 dressed up as James the Red Engine providing shuttle trips from Thirlmere to Buxton. Then we see 3526 providing shuttle trips from Penrith to Valley Heights and we'd covered three diesels from the 421 class fleet such as 42101 with the Kiama Picnic Train and 42013 and 42015 with a private charter hosted by East Coast Heritage Rail.
