So then! My main goal for the look of this video was ''dusty and wasteland-ish'' :3
The idea for this video came to me yesterday when listening to this song. I started get ideas for a video like this, albeit much more orange than this, and then, well I had to wait a while before I could get to making this ^^''
I was able to get to editing the audio right away, more or less, and I ended up adding quite a bit of sound effects here, bc I feel like they fit well with such an intense song like this ^^
What I had to wait for, where the episodes that I wanted to use, to download. And er, that took a while ^^'' If I started this project at around 3 pm yesterday and made the audio around then too, then most of the episodes finished downloading only by around 8 pm, which is when I got to setting the clips, minus the last two before the loop, bc I already had and could place first.
It took me about an hour to finish setting them, and then I did the beginning (mostly) and then tried to do the effects on the first two clips where the chorus starts. Although, as I was doing this, the effects didn't really feel right to me, and I felt like I lost a bit of confidence in this project. But I didn't want to leave it, bc I felt like the flow of the clips was already turning out to be quite nice. And so I just decided to leave it for the next day, which was a good decision.
It took me roughly 2 more hours to finish all of the effects, and well, finish the whole video.
I got quite into doing the effects, and I was able to fix all the little things that I was worried about.
And actually, due to some problem where the clip would briefly flash black if I were to add rsmb, I haven't added any rsmb to this video.
Ah, and something else I wanna mention was that I rendered this twice, and only because?? I first rendered it in the wrong fps??? XD Like at first, this was in 30 fps, but I thought that it could be smoother, so I changed it to 60 fps, but later wanted to change it back. But for whatever reason, when doing that, I was scrolling through the fps that Vegas offered, and I was looking at the 23 fps option like ''yea I think this is the one I usually use" XD ??? It isn't XDD Only after rendering did I realize this, bc I was wondering why it looked so choppy XDD So yes, this version here is of course the 30 fps version, which is, evidently, much smoother, I feel ^^ This also took 11 minutes and 45 seconds to render, roughly 2 minutes longer than it took to render in 23 fps ^^
... And can I say that I Literally needed a moment to gather myself together after watching episode 309 of Bleach? XD Like I wasn't mentally or physically prepared for the next episode for a while XD
