Quick and easy bread with no flour, starch or nuts! Carnivore and keto friendly (Ingredients & Swedish below↓)

*RECIPE*
4 eggs
50 g (2 ounces) cream cheese
Pinch of baking powder (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 300 F (300 C)
2. Separate 3 egg yolks and 4 egg whites (save the final egg yolk for something else, for example carnivore mayo!)
3. Beat egg whites 6-8 min on "high" until VERY stiff like shaving gel. You can add some baking powder for extra fluff if you want.
4. Whisk egg yolk and add cream cheese. Beat until smooth.
5. Gently fold the egg yolk mix into the fluffy egg whites. Don't whisk or the fluffiness will not hold.
6. Spoon onto pan lined with baking sheet in roughly equally size. Don't worry, it doesn't need to be perfect.
7. Bake on 300 F (150 C) around 20 minutes.
8. Let it cool a bit and enjoy! :-)
Tip: feel free to add any spice you like to the batter - it's all about what you can tolerate/eat :-)
