We finish the multi animal move (started in FV#62) by moving our two flocks of laying hens in the chickshaw from where they have been in the West Field over to Goose Wood. The chicks were moved under the cover of darkness and have a place in our alder coppice. The chickshaw move was relatively simple but there is always electric netting to get tangled and goose muck to clean away before breakfast!
