✨ Quantity OVER Quality (especially when you’re just starting out!)
There’s a famous study about a photography class where one group of students was graded on how many photos they took, while the other was graded on creating the single best photo.
The surprising result?
🧿 The “quantity” group not only made more work… they ended up producing the BEST photos overall.
Why? Because they went through the creative process dozens of times, while the “quality” group only went through it once or twice (too busy chasing perfection).
As artists, this applies to us too. Instead of pressuring yourself to make a masterpiece every time, focus on:
👉Staying consistent
👉Making a lot of art (even smaller studies count!)
👉Learning something new from each attempt
Over time, your quality will grow naturally from your quantity.
💡 Remember: progress comes from practice, not perfection.
