If you're a fan of Bambu Printers, or a fan of Creality printers, this is a must-see. In the Green... corner we have the Bambu X1C weighing in at 1200US, and in the Blue corner we have the Creality K1, coming in well under weight at 600US, does the underdog have any chance at all. I've been wanting to pit these printers against each other for a long time, but with different slicers and different printers, there were going to be too many variables. I run with Orca slicer on both printers now, and that is what changed everything for me. It opened the door to do tests like this, one slicer, two printers. Printer vs Printer, and we're running them at the highest speeds we're able to get to at this point. If this video has enough likes, I can buy some upgrades and do a follow up video getting these printers to their absolute max speeds, or maybe even beyond.
If you've noticed a little different video format, I'm working hard to get more and better content out on a regular basis, I'm trying out a few different things to see which work the best. Hopefully you found the video entertaining and informative, I'll be sure to start to add some humor when I get a little more comfortable with the camera and my shiny head.
