With the death of Optimus Prime and the focus on the Thirteen Primes, a new thematic identity was created based off of the chords of Optimus' theme. The theme for the Primes has four note phrases just like Optimus' theme, but it's tone and feel is very different. It's an outwardly noble theme that portrays the ancient history and regalness of the Primes, but has this weight and tragedy behind it due to their fate and the fate of Optimus himself. But what truly makes his theme excel is the vocal performance by Gladiator's own Lisbeth Scott, which gives the theme of the Primes the reverence, sadness, and beauty that it deserves.
