This is a prelude to the Elves of Cormanthyr Let's Play in which I will start a campaign in the Faerun [Forgotten Realms]: Total War mod or modification for the PC-game Medieval II: Total War: Kingdoms, using the beta version 08 release of January 1st, 2026.
In this video I will speak the entire video and go through the playable factions, the history of the mod in a short fashion, tell you about the mods three campaigns and the differences and at the end of the video launch the campaign.
This video was originally a part of the first episode of the Elves of Cormanthyr Let's Play but I cut it out as it didn't really fit with the rest of the video.
It's a good introduction to the mod as well.
