This one was more heartbreaking for me than the previous game. Got a nice early lead, then it all went downhill when my opponent bought Plant 11 and the market stalled immediately afterward. Should i have bid on 11 there with 28 not too far behind, when i could build a plant off the market instead? Seems tough to me.
Feel i did a decent job getting back in the game after that, to the point that i suspect i would've won had 21 not dropped (boy that's been happening a lot lately, huh?). But then i got rather lucky landing two 7-capacity plants in Step 3...
