Teres means rounded in Latin, but you might forget that, your name, and everything else once you take a bite of this steak. This incredible butcher's cut is also known as the "petit tender" because the texture so closely resembles that of tenderloin. Monument Gas Grill did an excellent job!

• Started with a Teres Major from Porter Road.
• Seasoned with PS Seasonings Butcher Blend Prime Time.
• Set up the Monument Mesa 200S on high heat and just went for searing until done.
• Was kept flipping it after 1 minute per side and did that a total of 6 minutes.
• Once they reached 110 degrees Fahrenheit we pulled them off.
• Let it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes before enjoying.
Summary: The Mesa 200S is the perfect grill for a small family, couple, or single person with limited space, but want a great grill!
The Teres Major was a very good steak. It has been compared to filet, but I would compare it to a real good sirloin and not quite as tender as a filet. Very beefy and this was a great meal!
