Pork Chops are an easy dinner to make. I have a section on my channel of just Pork Chop Recipes.
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 pork chops, I prefer bone-in pork chops
Salt
Pepper
1 and 1/2 cups seedless red grapes
1 shallot
1 garlic
2 teaspoons flour
1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 cup dry white wine or vermouth
3/4 cup fully salted chicken broth
2 teaspoons mustard
1 Tablespoon butter
taste sauce for more salt
I like to salt and pepper the chops and allow to come to room temperature.
Cook the chops till just cooked through in the olive oil.
Remove, then cook the grapes until the grapes start to brown or even deflate.
Reduce your heat and add the shallot, garlic, flour and thyme for a minute or so.
Add the wine to deglaze.
Add the chicken broth and mustard.
Cook sauce till a bit thickened.
Taste for salt.
Add your butter.
Add your chops and grapes, then cover and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Thank you for watching.
This was good, but nothing special for my taste.
