I was headed home from my daughter's in Kingston NY. I saw this car flying up on me in my rearview mirror. It went around me on the passenger's side shoulder and then cut in front of me. Hopped the curb and drove on the grass thru a traffic circle!

I have not seen anything on this and I was sitting outside eating with a friend at Dietz Diner when this driver went flying past us and I heard what sounded like several gun shots and metal being hit... he flew through the M&T bank parking lot with a trail of cop cars behind him. He went into the parking lot flying, came flying back out with cop cars on all sides. Was the scariest thing I've ever been in the midst of. Dont know what this was about and still trying to find out."
* "i was driving past the trooper as he threw the road spikes out under the toll part of the exit"
* "I was in the left lane on the thruway southbound and he passed me riding the left shoulder over 100mph, there were 2 troopers like a half mile back when I looked in my mirror. He only made it a few more miles past the Modena Rest Stop."
