Bash-Bish Falls on the NY/Mass border is the tallest water falls in Mass. It is very near the Taconic State Park Campground and the Harlem Valley Rail Trail. The hike from the NYS parking lot is very easy. The Mass. parking lot trail is pretty steep and more difficult. It's a beautiful place!
