My RYOBI P401 Corner sander stopped working. The motor ran, but the sandpaper did not move. I had my receipt, but it was past the 3 year warranty. So I decided to take it apart and see what was wrong. Everything seemed good except the timing belt was not tight enough. There is no way of adjusting it, so it must have stretched. RYOBI USA didn't sell a replacement, so I designed and 3D printed one in Flexfill 98A. I first tried using the Prusa XL defaul 0.6mm nozzle, but it couldnt handle the detail, so I used a 0.4mm nozzle and got good results.

Things I used:

* RYOBI P401 Corner Sander ( amzn.to/41zBdsh )
