You have to try this wonderful Pineapple Casserole. This goes well with your Turkey Dinner or a Ham Dinner sitting alongside with your sweet potatoes! this will yield 4 or 5 small servings.
Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can of pineapple chunks in juice (drained)
1/2 cup sugar
5 Tablespoons all purpose flour
4 ounces (1 cup cheddar cheese)
18 Ritz Crackers crushed
1 stick of melted butter (4 ounces)

Drain your pineapple and mix with your sugar, flour, and grated cheese.
Top with your Ritz Crackers
Pour your melted butter over the crackers.
Bake for 20 minutes @ 350F

I do think using half the butter would be fine, by the way.
