Patton 56" industrial ceiling fan in white, shown using a generic 4 speed slide control. Continuing on the quest to get through some very old remake requests. Not a lot of change with this one since the last video; I don't think I've even had it up since then. The thing simply will not balance. I've probably spent several combined hours through the years trying to tame the wobble and tried again here, but this is always about the best it gets. I can get it to where some speed ranges run well, but never the entire range. Immensely frustrating. That aside, these are... decent, all things considered. It's not a very large or thick motor, and the blades are pretty wide, so I have to say it performs probably better than I would expect by outward appearances. Definitely not in the elite tier of industrials by any stretch, but it gets up to a good speed and stirs a solid breeze. Would definitely serve its function in an average industrial scenario. Unfortunately the physical condition is not great. Not the worst, but there's lots of scratches, discoloration, some fading. As usual, it looks decent on video, but something has to be pretty trashed to actually look bad in one of my videos. Worked out well for the original garage application I specifically bought it for, now I mainly keep it for the bit of novelty it has. Well, that, and the fact that I just love a curved blade industrial.
