Hunter Cambridge II 52" ceiling fan in satin white. The first of many great trash finds from Cleanup Week 2024. This fan would have used a newer generation remote control system, but of course no remote was present, so I reverted it back to this older system. I had a spare receiver on hand that won't shut the light off, so it worked perfectly for this one that had no light. Eventually I may try to do something different there, but for now it's functional. The only other major missing component was the mounting bracket, which I have a spare of, but it didn't fit very well with this particular canopy so that may also be a work in progress. I basically just did whatever I could to make it all work to get a video done. I specifically love the sideband detailing on this one; it's a very classy design. If it weren't for that and the finish that I also love, I don't know how much effort I'd have put into this one, aside from the fact that it seems generally uncommon. Metal finishes are in overall good condition, which is a relief considering how fragile textured white finishes tend to be. Blades have some warpage on a couple, and little cosmetic damages here and there, which probably happened when I was transporting it tossed in with half a dozen other things. I think I may have a better spare set of the same style on hand, but it was going to be more effort to clean them so I stuck with the originals for now. Performance is pretty much your average out of any similar Hunter fan. Originally came on a 12" downrod, but the finish was just plain white and I actually had a similar-finish textured white short rod on hand, so went ahead and used it.
