Cowra Meat Processors is a large multi-species slaughterhouse in central west NSW which slaughters pigs, cows, sheep and goats across three separate killrooms.

Hidden cameras were installed by FTP in November 2024, capturing footage from the gas chamber, V-restraint and knockbox.
