“We will not stop until they’re shut down for good.” ✊

On Wednesday July 30th, we held a vigil outside Cedar Meats slaughterhouse. We heard from Chris Delforce and Harley McDonald-Eckersall, the Directors of Farm Transparency Project.

During a two week investigation last year, they installed hidden cameras that captured the handling and slaughter of sheep, goats, and bobby calves from the dairy industry. The abuse that was uncovered was both illegal and sickening 💔

Farm Transparency Project investigated 30 Australian slaughterhouses over two years, and in every single one of them we found animals who would struggle, resist and try to escape. None of them went willingly to their deaths.
