Osram Night Breaker vs standard H4 bulbs, pattern + measurements @dynoguy

I recently bought a set of Osram Night Breaker H4 headlight bulbs and compared them to some random other bulbs. Low beam appears to be much brighter, but high beam is not much different, so i decided to do some measurements to quantify the difference.
