inspired by my favorite bar I’ve never been to @barplanetbar 🛸— this is my version of “the tower” from their tarot themed menu & spoiler alert it absolutely ripss

THE TOWER 🗼
•1.5 oz orange vodka
•0.5 oz Granada Vallet (@royalvallet )
•0.75 oz orange juice
•carrot soda

CARROT SODA
•3-4 carrots peeled and chopped
•500 ml water
•1 tsp ascorbic acid
•1 oz rich cane syrup
Blended and strained with a nut milk bag, then force carbonated @ 50 psi 3x.

It’s like a Garibaldi meets a Vod-Sod meets a Jamba Juice and I fucking love it 🥕 🍊
