SALMONCITO (w/ actual salmon)
•1 oz citadelle gin
•1/2 oz Campari (cherry infused)
•1/2 oz ancho reyes ancho liqueur
•10 dashes salmon & bay leaf tincture
•1.5 oz super regular grapefruit juice*
•4-5 oz tonic water
Build, serve with grapefruit twist + supreme.

Peel 100g (~3 medium grapefruit)
Citric 10g
Malic 1g
Ascorbic 0.5g
Salt 0.01g
MSG 0.05g
Sugar 100g
Water 1000g

Peel fruit, blend peels and powders, add juice from fruit, strain w nut milk bag.
(Makes approx 1.5 liters)
