The House of Representatives (HOR) formally opens the Second Regular Session of the 20th Congress at the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City on July 27, 2026.

The Session marks the resumption of legislative work as the HOR prioritizes passing the remaining priority Administration measures and other key legislative reforms to support President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s legislative agenda and the welfare of the Filipino people.
