One of the most common mistakes I see in patients with shoulder problems? Stopping all movement completely.

Here's what's actually holding your recovery back:
🔴 Avoiding movement = more stiffness, more weakness, longer recovery. Most shoulders need the right movement, not zero movement.
🔴 Only focusing on the shoulder itself. If your upper back and shoulder blade aren't moving well, your shoulder keeps getting overloaded.
🔴 Jumping into heavy strengthening too soon. Without control and mobility first, you're loading a system that isn't ready yet.

The goal was never to rest it forever. It's to guide it back to moving well, step by step.

Struggling with a shoulder issue and not sure where to start? Send us a message or book in for an assessment, and let's figure out what's actually going on.
