Unfortunately I didn't manage to record the process of actually getting the warp, but it's p simple: just warp into the Mermaid Spring, get a jump on the first frame, and use it to jump into the spring itself. Unfortunately, the spring gives Ammy infinite breath, so you can't just drown there. Instead, you have to use the auto-jumps at the edge of the spring to jump toward the canal. Doing this requires at least one one-frame-jump, so it's rather inconsistent.

This might be an alternate (and much slower) way to do bridge skip, if only you could set it up without already having gone to the spring =p
