Today I look at the first release of Oat Grain Spirit from the Circumstance Distillery located in Bristol.

This spirit is a blend of malted oats and malted barley fermented for 12 days on French Saison and a mead yeast.

Aged for 50 months on a combination of charred British oak spindle and first-fill ex-bourbon cask.

Distilled in their unique spirit still, let's see what malted oat tastes like.
