Today I review the Deanston 15 Tequila Cask Finish.

This whisky has been initially matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in ex-tequila casks for another 3 years. Bottled at 52.5%abv, this is hefty, strong and in your face dram.

Let's see how the tequila casks effect the more gentle and waxy Deanston character. Cheers!
