In celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Railway Series, I will be adapting some Railway Series stories in the style of classic series episodes starting off with 'Peter Sam & the Duke' based on the story 'Duck and Dukes' from the book 'Very Old Engines' by the Rev.W.Awdry.

Peter Sam was excited that the duke was coming to their railway to open up a new line that runs around the lake. But when Duck told him that he was scrapped, Peter Sam was sad and worried that the whole celebration would be ruined. That was until he made the realisation.
