In this Novobit USB-C Charger Block Review, we do some charging speed tests with these charger blocks to see what percentage they can charge an iPhone in 5 minutes. After we do the tests, we hand out these 3 charging blocks to family members and let them use them for 5 weeks before finalizing this review.
These Novobit chargers come in a 3-pack, and they're considered fast chargers. They are 20-watt chargers, and Novobit claims they can charge your iPhone to 50% in under 30 minutes. Novobit also claims these chargers have an intelligent chip installed to prevent overcharging.
These chargers are compatible with USB-C cables, so make sure your cable is not a USB-A cable before purchasing these charging blocks.
We put these charging blocks to the test against two other fast charging blocks. The Novobit chargers charged my new iPhone 8 percent in 5 minutes, which was exactly the same as the other 2 20-watt chargers we tested them against. We also charged my old iPhone with all 3 chargers, and Novobit only charged it 8 percent while the other 2 chargers charged it 10 and 12 percent.
I am happy with these chargers. Although they were slightly slower than the other fast chargers at charging my old iPhone, they also cost less. In addition, this Novobit 3-Pack is currently receiving a 4.6-star rating from over 2000 reviewers.
