In this Lively Glow White Makeup Vanity Desk review we share our thoughts about this Vanity that my daughter bought with her own money. She liked the way it looked and wanted something that would help keep her makeup and other things more organized. In this video, I take you through quite a bit of the assembly process, show how everything goes together, test the lights and other connections, and then get my daughter's opinion once it's finished.
This vanity definitely takes some time to assemble. It took us about three hours, and without the instructions it would have been pretty difficult to figure out how all of the pieces fit together. Fortunately, I thought the instructions were good, the holes were pre-drilled, and the parts lined up well as we worked through the assembly.
I show several parts of the building process in this review, including installing the dowels and screws, putting the mirror section together, connecting the electrical components, and getting the USB and power connections hooked up.
Once everything was together, we tested the lights and they all worked. The brightness can be adjusted, the mirror looked nice after removing the protective film, and I especially liked the extra connections on the side. My daughter also thought the seat was comfortable.
Most importantly, she was happy with the finished vanity and I was impressed with it too. Just be prepared to spend some time putting it together if you're not particularly fast at assembling furniture.
