In this XERO HFS 2 Barefoot Shoes Review, I share what I like about these Xero shoes. I also compare them to the original HFS and the Prio NEO by XERO.
I wore the HFS 2 and the Prio Neo shoes on alternating days for 2 weeks to compare them. My overall pick regarding Prio Neo vs. HFS 2 is the Prio Neo. I like the HFS 2s a lot, and there are some things I like more about them than the Prio Neo, but the Prio Neo is so comfortable, it's hard to beat.
Here are some details you might be interested in regarding the HFS 2 Xero shoes:
The HFS is 7 ounces in a men's size 9.
The HFS 2 is 7.4 ounces in a men's size 9.
The HFS 2 has a 5.5 mm outsole like the original HFS, but it has a new foam layer between the sole and upper, called BareFoam™, giving it an additional 1.5 mm in height. It's a total of 9 mm thick compared to the 7.5 mm of the original HFS.
Another difference between the original HFS and the HFS 2 is the tread. The original has a tread more like a car tire compared to the HFS 2, which looks more like a mountain bike tire tread.
What I really like about the Xero HFS 2 shoes is the extra 1.5 mm that's been added to the sole. When I was sprinting in these shoes, it felt like I had a little extra bounce.
You also might want to know that the HFS 2 seems to be slightly more narrow than the original HFS. It still feels comfortable compared to most shoes, but if you have very wide feet, it will feel more snug than the original HFS shoes.
The bottom line is, I do like the HFS 2s by XERO. They weren't quite as nice as the Prio Neos regarding comfort, but they are an all-around great-feeling and performing shoe.
I hope my XERO HFS 2 Review helps you decide whether or not these shoes are a good shoe for your needs.

In this NeilMed vs. SinuCleanse vs. Rite Aid sinus rinse review, I go over how to do a saline nasal flush and share the details about each of these brands of sinus rinse refill packets.
Ive been doing nasal irrigations for several years now, and I think they are a great way to make your nasal passages feel good.
When it comes to the best-value saline refill packets, I think you cant go wrong with any of these 3 brands. I picked these because I think they are all great value. That being said, the NeilMed brand of saline packets is probably my favorite. The shape of the NeilMed packets makes them very easy to pour out.
In addition to the fact that nasal rinses moisturize the inside of your nose, they also help remove debris and excess mucus and make your nasal passage feel more clear, making it easier to breathe.
You can use all three of these brands of saline nasal rinses in any type of neti pot or sinus rinse bottle. Each packet should be mixed with 8 ounces of filtered or distilled water to create an isotonic solution. An isotonic solution is one that is about equal to the saline content of the human body.
If you want an extra-strong nasal rinse, you can use 2 packets in 8 ounces of water. This creates a hypertonic solution. A hypertonic solution contains a higher concentration of saline than the human body. This concentration might burn a little, but it will also remove a little more mucus.
I hope my comparison of these 3 nasal rinse saline refill packets is helpful to you. Like I said, I think each of these nasal rinses is a great value.

![Pure Green Organic Latex Mattress Review and Unboxing
You can Get The Sleep On Latex Pure Green Organic Latex Mattress HERE:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KPWG21S/?tag=thingsverygoodyoutube-20 Medium Firm

Today I’m reviewing the Sleep On Latex Pure Green Organic Latex mattress.
In this Pure Green Organic Latex Mattress review, we share our experiences of opening the box, our first impressions of the mattress after getting on it, and what it was like to sleep on it.
These mattresses come in two firmnesses: medium firm or firm.
We got the firm one because we are used to sleeping on a firm surface. if it’s too firm, well order the natural latex mattress topper.
So the first question you may have is: Why this mattress?
The answer is because we wanted a mattress that is made from natural materials and has no VOCs. VOCs are volatile organic compounds, and most mattresses emit these compounds.
Some mattresses have low VOC off-gassing, and low VOC mattresses are probably pretty good when it comes to how they affect your health, but we wanted the very best, and that’s why we went with no VOCs.
In case you are not familiar, most bedding has a chemical flame retardant applied. What’s cool about the Sleep On Latex pure green organic latex mattresses is that they are naturally fire-resistant. Latex and wool are materials to look for when you want a naturally flame-resistant mattress.
The pure green organic latex mattress is made from organic latex foam, and the quilted cover is made of organic cotton and organic wool.
When you’re looking for an organic mattress or a natural mattress, you will find many products that have an organic cover, for example. Those mattresses often have some type of foam inside of them but are often not truly organic beyond the cover.
Although organic is great, I care more about any kind of chemicals that might be emitted from the materials, and that’s why I think the pure green organic latex mattress by Sleep On Latex is a great option for natural mattresses.
We looked around and even posted on forums, trying to find out what others recommended regarding natural mattresses. Surprisingly, we had almost no feedback from anyone. Apparently, even in health-related communities, people arent thinking much about their bedding.
The long story short is that we did our own research, including talking to different company representatives, and we found this mattress to be one of the best values.
As seen in this video review, the mattress is roll-compressed and wrapped in paper. Just unroll the paper wrap, and your mattress will spring to life, as I quoted from the company Sleep On Latex.
The Pure Green Organic Latex mattress by Sleep On Latex is highly rated by many customers for sleep, quality, comfort, pain relief, and value for money.
The dimensions of the mattress will match your regular mattress sizes based on whether it’s a twin, queen, king, etc. The thickness of the mattress is 8 inches.
The mattress consists of three layers: the natural latex foam comfort layer, the natural latex foam base, and the organic wool batting. These layers are held together with an organic cotton quilt backing, and the mattress is covered with an organic cotton knit fabric.
If you’re wondering whether you should get the medium or firm mattress, Sleep On Latex says that their medium mattress is their most popular and that it’s great for many body types and couples with different sleeping styles.
They say their firm mattress is great for stomach sleepers and back sleepers who prefer a firm surface. They say it’s firm, “but has just enough give to help alleviate pressure points.”
Here’s a quote from Sleep on Latex.
Since we introduced the Pure Green Mattress in 2015, it has consistently received high marks. It has been recommended by Consumer Reports, Wirecutter, and named the Best Latex Mattress by US News and World Report. We mainly attribute this reception to the natural latex foam used in our mattress.”
I hope you enjoyed my pure green organic latex mattress review and that it helps you make a good mattress choice.

We also go a little deeper and tell you about the ingredient Potassium Alum. Although the Lafes label says Sans Aluminum (Aluminum Free), it is only free of Aluminum Chlorohydrate. That being said, it contains the Aluminum Salt Potassium Alum, which does seem to be safer.
I dont know if this is the best natural deodorant for women and men, but it is a good deodorant for underarms and can be used by men and women.
My wife has been using this Lafes Roll-On deodorant for at least 5 years, and she still likes it a lot.
This scent is the citrus bergamot which was formerly Lafes Active deodorant. It also comes in unscented and citrus lime.
I hope our honest Lafes deodorant review helps you decide if this is a good deodorant for you.

In this Rite Aid Sinus Wash review, I share how to do a saline nasal flush using the Rite Aid sinus wash refill packets.
Ive been doing saline nasal flushes for 7 years or so now, and I think they are a great habit.
One of the benefits of saline nasal irrigation is how soft it makes your nose feel on the inside. Saline nasal rinses are known for removing excess mucus and debris from your nasal passage and generally promoting nasal health.
You can create an isotonic or hypertonic solution with these Rite Aid sinus wash salts. An isotonic solution is one that has about the same amount of saline concentration as your body, and a hypertonic solution is one where the saline concentration is higher than that of the human body.
An isotonic solution is achieved by adding one of the Rite Aid saline packets to 8 ounces of water. Its recommended that you use filtered water, distilled water, or boiled water. If you use boiled water, be sure to cool it to room temperature before using it for your nasal rinse.
A hypertonic solution will feel a little uncomfortable for some people, but it will remove more mucus, and it doesnt feel too bad. You achieve the hypertonic solution by adding 2 or more packets to 8 ounces of water. You probably dont want to use more than two packets at a time. You can use a neti pot or any nasal saline rinse bottle with these saline packets.
These saline packets contain a mix of 700 mg sodium bicarbonate and 2300 mg sodium chloride.
I purchased these Rite Aid saline nasal wash packets because I think they are a great value.
I hope my Rite Aid saline refill packets review helps you decide whether or not this brand of saline nasal wash is a good choice for you.

![ROSELYNBOUTIQUE Derma Roller Review and At-Home Microneedling Demonstration
You can get the ROSELYNBOUTIQUE Derma Roller With 540 0.25mm length titanium microneedles HERE:

In this Roselyn BOUTIQUE Derma Roller Review, youre going to see the results of my use of this Derma Roller over a 6-week period.
Youre going to see what comes in the Roselyn BOUTIQUE derma roller box and exactly how to use it.
This derma roller is used for something referred to as microneedling, which causes controlled damage to the skin and induces wound healing factors.
This particular derma roller has 540.25 mm-long titanium microneedles. At this length, the needles dont go too deep into the skin, which is considered good for beginners.
At this length, the needling opens channels in the skin, which allow products to be absorbed more easily for about 8 to 10 minutes. Without using products, this depth of microneedles is supposed to be good for improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Some people are expecting to see an increase in collagen production, but according to research, you most likely need needles that are longer than 0.25 mm for that.
Regarding applying products to the skin after using a derma roller, Ive listened to a lot of dermatologists regarding whats recommended and not, and I think its a good idea for you to do the same before using one.
The above being said, I used this derma roller without any product to see if it would make any difference over a 6-week period. I used it once per week. The makers recommend you replace your roller about every 6 weeks when youre using it once per week.
In this video, I demonstrate how to use this derma roller and show you my skin where I used it before and after 6 weeks of use.
Before using the derma roller, youll want to submerge it in alcohol before rinsing it off with tap water. You can also spray it with alcohol and let it sit for 60 seconds before rinsing it off under the tap.
Youll want to wash your skin before youre using the derma roller and pat it dry with a clean towel.
Next, youre going to gently roll on the desired areas horizontally, then vertically, about 5 times total, as I demonstrate in the video. For me, that meant a couple of times vertically and 2 to 3 times horizontally.
My understanding is that you lift the roller off the face at the end of each roll. Also, you dont want to change directions during a roll; just go straight across the skin and lift at the end.
This RoselynBoutique derma roller has a 0.25mm needle link, which is considered good for beginners. These needles are generally so small that youre not creating a big enough injury to cause scarring.
Regarding the results I had using the ROSELYNBOUTIQUE derma roller, Im going to let you decide for yourself, based upon what you can see in the images in this video.
I do want to point out that there was a mark or spot on my face that diminished and almost completely disappeared. You can see it in the images when I first used the roller, and you can see that the mark is mostly gone after the 6-week period.
During the 6 weeks I was using the roller, I constantly had bumps on my forehead. Im assuming thats a natural reaction to your skin being intentionally wounded. That being said, Im about 4 weeks out from the last use as of now, and the skin on my forehead is mostly smooth again.
I also want you to know I did use 1 other brand of derma roller while I was doing this experiment. I would use this one for one week and the other brand for another week. The 2 rollers I used both had 540 titanium needles of the same length, so I think its safe to say the results from each roller are roughly the same.
So what do I think about these Derma Rollers? Im not sure Id want to use them on a regular basis, but I think they can make minor cosmetic differences.
I am intrigued by the idea that causing minor trauma to the skin can potentially have positive benefits, but I dont think derma rolling is for everyone.
I hope my review of the ROSELYNBOUTIQUE Derma Roller helps you decide whether or not at-home microneedling is for you.
