A Case Study of Redlining, Including its Legacy and Contemporary Application in Madison
JUSTICE CASTANEDA is Executive Director of Common Wealth Development and is completing his dissertation work in Urban and Regional Planning at UW-Madison. In this week's presentation, he explored the history of redlining and restrictive housing policies in Madison and provided a contextual framework, explaining how the residuals of these policies continue to present socio-political and socio-economic challenges to the city today.
