The mind loves to judge, telling you you're not doing it right, that you should be better, or that something else would work better. But resisting judgment just creates more judgment. Instead, try to meet these thoughts with kindness: "Oh, judging mind, thank you for your opinion." When we notice thoughts without believing them, we rest in awareness itself. From judgment to desire to joy, we can name our experience and gently return to presence. Try this in your meditation or walking practice today. 🌿✨
