Healthcare delivery in North East Nigeria is set for a major diagnostic boost as the Minister of State for Regional Development, Uba Maigari Ahmadu, inspects advanced MRI and CT scan systems procured by the North East Development Commission, NEDC.

The inspection took place at Neusoft Medical Systems in Shenyang, China, where the Minister directly verified the quality, functionality and readiness of the equipment for deployment.

The advanced medical systems are expected to strengthen diagnostic capacity and improve access to specialised healthcare services across the North East region.
