All the corps members rescued following the August 26 abduction along the Anyigba–Itobe Road in Kogi State have been formally handed over to the management of the National Youth Service Corps in the state.

The handover was carried out by the Kogi State Commissioner of Police, **Naziru Bello Kankarofi**, at the Police Command Headquarters in Lokoja.

The development marks a major moment of relief following the abduction, as the rescued corps members are reunited with NYSC authorities.
