The Federal Government says it is intensifying the adoption of Compressed Natural Gas as a cheaper and cleaner alternative to conventional fuels, with over $2 billion in private investment secured since the initiative began in 2023. More than 120,000 vehicles have been converted, while the expansion of CNG stations and conversion centres is expected to further reduce transportation costs and create jobs.
