In the third episode of the series, I’m in Bellefontaine, Ohio, at The Morning Riot taking on their undefeated “Breakfast of the Damned” GIANT Bagel Challenge, complete with a half gallon of mimosa!

The Morning Riot is a unique breakfast and brunch spot known for its fun “alien disco” atmosphere and creative takes on morning favorites. The restaurant makes its breads, bagels, croissants, and pastries in-house while also using a variety of locally sourced ingredients. The menu goes well beyond your typical breakfast, featuring everything from loaded bagel sandwiches and breakfast burritos to French toast croissant sticks, specialty pastries, and other creative dishes. They also have a full coffee bar along with mimosas and other specialty drinks, making it a pretty awesome spot to check out if you’re ever in the Bellefontaine area!

The “Breakfast of the Damned” Challenge is a massive 7-pound breakfast feast featuring a GIANT 2-pound everything bagel loaded with 4 pounds of sausage, bacon, fluffy eggs, sharp cheddar cheese, rich hollandaise sauce, and candied jalapeños. The bagel is then crowned with a mountain of their loaded Pork Fries Gone Wild and served alongside a half-gallon mimosa! If you can finish everything within one hour, you’ll get the $100 meal free, a T-shirt, a $100 gift card, and your spot on their Wall of Fame!
