In today’s episode, I’m in Oregon’s capital city, Salem, and I'll be taking on a 15-year-old food challenge named after a giant. I’m at the restaurant, Adam’s Rib Smokehouse, where I'll be facing off against their legendary “Goliath” Burger. This beast features a massive 2-pound burger patty with four slices of cheese, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and plenty of mayo on a specially made bun, and it's all served with a full pound of fries.
