In today’s episode, I’m in downtown Spokane, Washington, at Borracho Tacos & Tequileria to face off against their 25 Tacos in 30 Minutes Challenge. The rules are straightforward, pick any of their double-shelled tacos from the menu and try to put them all away in half an hour. They’ve got plenty of options, but I decided to mix it up with 5 Al Pastor, 5 Pollo, 5 Ground Beef, 5 Barbacoa, and 5 Veggie Tacos. If you can finish all 25 tacos, you’ll score your $100 meal for free, earn a t-shirt, and get your name on a plaque on their Wall of Fame.
