No FRIA = RC Field Closed?
In this video I will discuss briefly what happens to an AMA club RC field when their FRIA (FAA Recognized Identification Area) application to the FAA is denied.
In short, if the FAA denies a FRIA application, RC modelers can still fly at that field. It is just that all recreational models 250 grams and over will require remote ID installed, either standard at the factory or a remote ID module such as the Spektrum SkyID module.
