How To Set Up Reverse Thrust
In this video I will go over how to easily set up reverse thrust for your electric powered RC airplane. This method will work for both electric ducted fans and propellor aircraft.
To set up reverse thrust you will need an ESC (electronic speed control) that has a fourth signal wire on the receiver connector. The normal connection from the ESC to the throttle port on the receiver is made. You then take the fourth signal wire (usually yellow or white) and plug that into the top, or signal port of an open receiver channel. Next configure your transmitter to the switch you desire to toggle between reverse and forward thrust.
