This is probably the best chorus of this song I have heard, and I don't think anyone has reuploaded it yet, so here. I'll have subs up soon.
Kagerou Days = Mayfly Days or Heat Haze Days. Either title is appropriate. The song takes place in the summer haze, and mayflies are known for being short lived (The life span of an adult mayfly may only be a few hours). "Days" could probably also be "Daze," which is an appropriate reaction to your best friend/girlfriend being hit by a truck out of nowhere.
I think I'm obsessed with this song now. And *ahem* this song reminds me so much of Higurashi. There. I had to say it. Especially, y'know, that episode in Rei?
