In the comment section of the last cardboard only worm bin experiment I did, Carry the World non Profit, a subscriber - whom I referred to as ''a poster'' in the video as I was going to anonymize but then thought the comment is in the comment section anyhow so what difference and I'm sure he wouldn't mind :) - made an interesting and valid observation. As a result I'm going to run the cardboard only worm bin experiment again, but this time, nothing, absolutely nothing except cardboard will be used. In the original series I used a couple of handfuls of guinea pig bedding to get the bin going for the worms and then only fed it cardbaord for a year. This time nothing except cardboard gets added.
The plan is to then harvest the ''vermicardboard'' and see what I can grow in it.
That will then be truly cardboard only :)
