As a little experiment I decided to try and grow some microgreens in just perlite and water. The results were great as you can see from the video. This surprised me a little as perlite is sterile so there's no nutritional value in it for the seeds. Although in the very early stages of growth seeds really just need a medium to grow in, some warmth and water. So perhaps I shouldn't have been so surprised.
I hope you enjoy, and as always, thanks for watching. Please like, share and subscribe and if you use perlite to grow in, let us know in the comments below about your experiences. This was a first for me.
