Last year I grew some lovely hot orange wonder chillies under the MarsHydro TS600.
I annoyed me a little after harvest that I wouldn't be using the grow light again until spring.
So I broke off a potato chit, shoved it in a 3 inch pot, and brought it indoors under the light... I was very pleased with the result. Especially considering the chit only had from December to the middle of February to produce anything as the chillies I've sown are now transplated into bigger pots so I needed the grow light for them.
It was just a bit of fun to wile away the cold dark winter hours.
But it also answered the quesiton I had in my mind which was would tubors grow under the MarsHydro?
So far I'm very impressed with this grow light. This is my own personal experience using it with so far chillies and potatoes. If you're interested in checking out a grow light for 2021 I'll leave some links in the description. They're not affiliate links and I make no money from them. Just my honest opinion of the growlight so far.
